Choose the route that matches your enquiry. We confirm scope and fee within one working day.

Route 01 — General Enquiry / Free Triage

General Enquiry

For general questions, or to request a free 24–48 hour forensic triage assessment from photographs. No obligation; no charge.

Route 02 — Inspection Booking

Book a Forensic Inspection

Request an on-site forensic inspection. Scope, fee and access window are confirmed in writing within one working day.

Route 03 — Insurance / Property Claim / Expert Technical Report

Insurance, Property Claim or Expert Technical Report Enquiry

For insurers, policyholders, landlords, managing agents, leaseholders, solicitors and other parties requiring independent forensic investigation, disputed-causation analysis or formal expert reporting. Technical evidence is prepared so that it is suitable for consideration in an insurance complaint, including matters referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service, with which we are not affiliated. Supporting documents may be attached.

Private insurance and property claim investigations are instructed as technical building-pathology work and are scoped separately. They are not automatically CPR Part 35 expert appointments; where court expert evidence is required, that is confirmed as a separate instruction.

Enquiring about disputed causation or damage relevant to a property insurance claim? The dedicated service page sets out scope, method, the SEE THE DEFECT visualisation add-on and the boundaries of our role before you send an enquiry.
